Rootology presents our favorite juice of the week! This great veggie raw juice is made with tomatoes, celeriac, parsnip and carrots. To sweeten it up, we've added a couple of pears. This tastes just as great with apples. Also, a few teaspoons of your favorite healthy sweetener to make this juice taste even better!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1/4 celeriac, peeled and cubed
- 1 parsnip
- 2 carrots
- 5 juicy, sweet tomatoes, halved
- 2 pears (or apples)
- water, if needed
- healthy sweetener of choice (honey, agave, maple syrup, stevia etc.)
Juice them all! Add all fruits and veggies in the juicer. Add water, if needed to dilute. Add your favorite healthy sweetener, to taste. If you store it in the fridge for a couple of hours, don’t forget to shake it or stir it before drinking.
