Ingredients

  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1 pot plain soy yoghurt (125 ml)
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 5 small ice-cubes

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender cup and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately. (If you're using a Vitamix blender, you don't have to cut off the hard, middle part of the pineapple slices, if using a diffrenet blender, cut them off to make sure everything will mix evenly)
